I am KaKaR0TT goku NINC, and I want to hunt Miners that are tagged by CODE.
For a very good reason why I am following my own cause is due to the very best of the community,
not from the evil infestation of reputation from my peers who will try to question my decision like a pack of wild pigs on the forums. I want to have a clean post for those who are taking interest.

The whole idea of shooting miners that have bought a mining permit I find important for two captain obvious reasons.

1: It's extortion. Like wall street trading.
2: It's on their bio. Tagged like graffiti.

First, they extort the miner so they can pay their expenses for more attacks on the pilots that said "No."

Second, they ordered the miners to spray paint their logo like they're the big kids down the block.

And Finally, for myself I have seen a lot of CODE spray paint, and we need someone to do something about it.
My solution, When you pay for a mining permit, you're asking yourself to be ganked.
That is Eve Online Mafia tactics.

Well, there goes my mining while studying for my test this month since there seems to be a new sheriff in town, threatening those who chose to take the insurance provided by CODE. Well, you are more than welcome to come gank my Procurer or anything else I fly since this Gallant is 'tagged' by CODE in the bio. But to make it easier on you, why don't you just wardec my corporation? My newbro doesn't have this CODE 'tag' but he does need experience doing PvP against those who would cause him harm for no reason. And go ahead and bring your friends, I don't mind. I might bring my own friends so we can make it a party.
Oh, who am I kidding? I don't have friends. I am only a 28 month player and still learning PvP myself...but this is too hard to pass up. I do highsec wardecs myself so if war is declared upon my corporation, I will retaliate and hunt those in your corporation. Unless you don't undock...that would be pointless then.
I humbly await the notification...
P.S. And just for clarification, sir, post with your main or GTFO. (Rule #1 of C+P)

Thank you for your concern. If my studying does invalidate my permit, then I will have to talk with CODE then. But then of course, having to study is the only reason why I am mining since I don't mine much, if at all during non-study time. Whether the OP comes after me or not isn't really concerning to me, although a small part of me hopes he does.
You do have to take breaks from the book, don't you? Hunting him would be a nice change of pace....

Usually I dont care for pilots with code affiliations... but you are already on such a lofty pedestal due to another affiliation we both share(12th man) that I dont think you can do any wrong at all in this game.

Excellent! We always need more people enforcing the Code. If you're able to gank a permit holder, they obviously weren't following the Code at the time and their permit is therefore revoked.
You should consider applying to NOL or TCE once you kill a bunch.

Well Op I think you got a good idea going on here. Let us think bigger though. Sure hunting miners that support code may seem cool to you, but what about hunting HAULERS who support code? What you're going to want to do is grab a machariel and 14 like minded individuals in catalysts and go and gank every freighter with less than 1b in cargo. See, when they haul with only 1b in cargo or less that means they're code compliant and they fully support the new halaima code of conduct. Thats where you come in and show them whats what.
