Been over 600 k LPs with this one agent for a while now, and he keeps giving me these useless implant offers. Does anyone know as to the frequency of the CNR offer? When can I expect it? I keep telling my agent to stick those implants som place the sun doesn't shine, but that does not seem to help...

There are several CNR offers. One you get at 500K that requires several tags (expensive and hard to come by) and one that requires just LP's and ISK that you also get at 500K.
The tags offer I've received from 500K onwards and passed on each time. The LP and ISK offer I've received at 900K+ LP's, and also at 537k LP's.
So the offers are random and you might get lucky tomorrow, or it might be a month or so from now.
Over 1 million LP's, there is a 2 run CNR offer.

The 200K LP Offers were changed around to put more emphasis on the LP aspect over the ISK aspect.
What was 200K LP + 500M ISK is now 500K LP + 200M ISK

CNR offers are either pretty rare or I am just unlucky. I have been sitting above 500k LP for almost 2 months getting those +5 cha implant offers or hardwirings asking for 1600 Elite Drone AI.

CNR offers are pretty rare, i've been waiting for 2 months now and only got 1 offer at 600k (tag-offer). Because i couldn't find the tags in time (at a normal price) i had to refuse that one. I did get the 200mil/500k lp offer today though.
During those 2 months i waited for an offer, declined it and ran a new mission the same day.

Got my first at 517K, the Estamelle tag offer.
Last night (7 weeks later) I was at 580k LP and got the
CNR Blueprint copy offer for 500k LP and 200M
Well worth the wait:)

Waiting since 2 Months now for an offer ( now at 700k LP ). Still only getting 400k Offers for Social Implants

Just got my third CNR offer (500K LP, 200 mill ISK) at 630K LP's. So hang in there ... it's all random.
