As someone who has made a number of succesful EVE tutorial videos on YouTube, I actually agree with what he said. For someone who has been playing this game since 2003 you seem to know very little about how the game actually works (on a meta level more than anything else). Your statement in the disclaimer video that newbies can't do anything and are basically useless is about as negative as it gets, not to mention completely wrong. On top of that:

1. Stop insulting everyone who gives you feedback, especially stop doing it in the f*cking videos. You will not make friends (in EVE or on YouTube) by calling "PVP vets" a bunch of *ssholes, and it will certainly not attract new players to the game which I assume is your ultimate goal. Instead try working with the feedback you get because your videos are simply not all that good.

2. Asking people to provide content for your channel is not only morally ambiguous in the YouTube scene, offering ISK for it is also legally ambiguous when it comes to EVE. Assuming for a minute your long term aim is to monetize your (and other people's) videos and such, you're essentially dabbling into RMT, which is not cool.
Even if that's not your plan, 'paying' (a 2003 player offering 15m for anything is laughable) other people to make videos FOR you which you then upload on YOUR channel is some highly questionable behavior right there. Not something I would suggest you keep doing if video making and running a channel on YouTube is something you wish to remotely keep doing in the future.

3. Deleting the OP and abandoning ship when the entire thread backfires is kinda pathetic. Don't do that again and think before you speak (which is advice that also applies to your videos).

I like your non eve videos but your eve videos basically push newbs into high stress crap and are massively complicated and having 1k subscribers after years successful?
