So I send this guy 8 bil isk and he sends me an in game mail saying this, after accepting my BO offer, is this not against the rules?
sorry about that bostess, i updated the thread last night as SOLD SOLD its already been guaranteed to someone else (well actually im not selling it).

Confirming that the sale of this char has been withdrawn and will NOT be sold to ANYONE.
Bostess you were under the impression that you were first to the hurdle but you werent, i had someone Xfer 8.5 into my account too but that also was xferred back, as, like i said, i have changed my mind.
