Hey all!
When I created my toon, it came with the black market skill. Does this skill actually work, or is it in for show?
A dev/ISD response would be nice, for actual confirmation.

To my knowlege this skill is broken and it is on there lists to be fixed.

I think it was made to access a secret market where you could sell and buy faction stuff and illegal items.
But I simply think they forgot about it. Or they dropped the entire thing.

It would be nice if they did fix it. Someone has to meet the carebear mission runners demand for boosters.

Everyone has a 90% chance to be caught by concord with illeagal goods, thge skill is suppose to lower it by 10% per level. Now if it works that would be for a Dev to say as it's not real measureable on the effect.
Is it still possible to make new characters with it since Revelations? A corpmate was attempting a bunch of combos and could not find it.

I could not find it either, I think I just went trough all the possible character creation combinations and could not find it either, which makes me wonder how I'm going to transport my small arms through secure space.
