That's fine. Photoshop all you want. :) If we went the other direction, it would limit the amount of people willing to participate, plus there would be the inevitable issue where any exceptional entries would be under fire from certain detractors insisting fraud, 'shopped, haxx0rz, etc.
This way, anyone can enter and whether your particular thing is photo editing or doing outrageous things in public, you all have a shot at winning. :)
wait so if i go to all thr trrouble of gettin my RL pics in i can still lose to someone thats a dab hand at photoshop...i dont think so..

Well how bout my wallet? i have a cool idea, it'll cost money..but..its too easy for a phtoshopped funny pic to win than a RL one. seriously its the one thign stopping a lot of peeps from entering RL stuff..
