My one and only ever, 1v1, PvP fitted vs. PvP fitted (both Tempests) battleship fight against a very famous Eve player comes to mind. I won with 30% structure which was icing on the cake.

Also any time an overzealous AF or Dictor pilot engaged my Rupture and died. Two specific kills come to mind, an Ishkur and a Sabre and in both cases the ships were very nicely fitted and almost all loot survived. I made 50 mil off of them and didn't even have to look for the fight (was sitting outside the same station in both cases).
