It is my great pleasure as Executor of Electus Matari to announce an engagement within our ranks.
As of 22:09 today, Evanda Char has accepted the proposal of marriage from... me.
Another great woman has been stolen from the vast stellar confines of Eve and in all honesty, there is no other woman in existance that I could ever have eyes for.
The date of the wedding is to be confirmed, but details will be released as and when they become available.
For now, thank you for reading this announcement... it is always nice to know that somewhere in this cluster we call Eve, there are still such things as love.

Fortunatly Rodj, Republic law does not state anything about Amarrian religous zealots having anything to do with a Matari wedding. Also, I actually have an ordained Amarrian priest within my own corporation who I believe would have no problem conducting the ceremony if I requested it.

I don't believe we are that bothered about what the views of the Empire lackeys decree of our union. Plus, if you think we are performing a heretical travesty at the moment Rodj... just wait till we decide to try for children...
As for the ring, well, I have my hands in pockets around the cluster Rodj, you'd be suprised what I can get my hands on..

As of 19:00 today, Evanda Char and myself are now officialy bound under the righteous act of marriage.
Many thanks to Father Goose for performing the ceremony and I wish to give my personal heartfelt thanks for all those who turned up to Hjoramold for the day.
Even Mr Blake managed to make an appearance but his efforts to disrupt this sanctioned marriage were expertly avoided by the Padre.
It is unfortunate that several of those invited were unable to attend, but it was a reasonably peaceful day and the knife dancing in the bar during the reception was a most interesting experience.
