I was moving around in my thorax and sometimes in my Tempest, and somehow managed to survived although I was an aliastra member (aliastra got its first conquerable back then ) I remember the merciless campaign afterwards in Detorid, then the bloody campaign after new years eve in Great Wildlands with Cartiff, Nafri, Masieee and VIRII peeps Well, it was a long, long time ago in a far, far away region Men never lie more than before elections, during war and after hunting.

Chow pwnd my first Battleship class vessel and that i will prolly never forget! And i got my Moa 1 vollied by a 1400 tempest as well. oops! ahhh cutting my teeth back in the end of '03/Early '04. Certainly was baptism by fire in those times. Getting through U-Q was always fun, that system was a perpetual meat-grinder back in the day. You either jumped in and fought your way across or prayed to the EvE gods with a travel kit on and duel MWD and ran for all ya worth. Then there was ofc m0o who sporadically ran around the area causing monster havoc to everything that moved lol. Got my first real taste of fleet combat in that war, and some of the blobs that formed up on both sides was shocking, just seas upon seas of red and an equal sea of purple and green on your side. I was never anything more than a grunt on either side, but i'm definatley glad to say i was part of that war even if it was only in a small scale capacity. The games certainly moved on a lot since then, but i remember being in awe of some of the older members of CA/SA that like 10 Mill SP! OMG they must be uber! This was before the advanced learning skills came out and learning was sloooooooooooow. +3 implants weren't common fair as they were now either, so they were damne dhard and pricey to get our hands on, if you bothered strapping them in at all! keeping your eye's on local and simple stuff like that was the difference between getting ganked raggged and staying alive. If you were within 10-15 jumps of HLW- or VFK- you could be almost 100% sure that roaming gangs would pass through that system and try their utmost to BBQ you if you were un-suspecting. I could sit her and say 'ahhhh good times!', some of it was, some it wasn't. Watching Thebold stick his tongue so far up trigger's bung-hole in corp chat was both amusing and repellant at the same time. But some guys in MASS were nothing short of hilarious. Then over when my corp tried CA for an entire week or 2 listening to people absolutley tear strips off each other was a thing to behold. In general it was the kind of thing that made me realise what EvE had over so many other games. Your friendly clone activation expert, free of service to the eve community since '03

I remember it was always fun flying with HC when he was in xetic. Also remember alot of the time going into fleet battles outnumbered and xirt would be like 'F*** it, jump in!' was really fun.

Then our FC logged (ollyy or cmd spock dont remember) Then some pods jumped back in and we tried chatch them leaving us scatterd around. Russians jumped back and pwnd us all When Neperata placed pos in HED was a fun day same day the CA emp war went active so we roamed empire with a big gang. And ofc the Xetic haulers that kept hauling even when hostiles in local/region Saturday`s council meetings OMFG Killing CA in cache with -TC- man i loved that corp. After CA died things went bad in xetic really fast. 1 of my favourite movie`s in that time was TC`s slaughter in 2o-eew

It was truely a changing point in my EVE life when CA dispanded. To my old Black Omega Securities buddies....So many GREAT times. The display back then was crud. But alas I have gone on to do sooo many awsome things since then and play with other great individuals, alliances, and corps. TBH. This resurestion of CA wil never be the same as the old. Anyhow, I was camping the 36n gate in U-Q once and fell sleep at the wheel for at least 30 minutes, was so releaved to wake up still in one peace. The constant and daily fights against CA were great. We always knew we would get a fight, each and every day. And EvEs first truly epic fleet battle in U-Q that lasted over 2 hours. /me sighs. They had a big bubble camp to round us all up eventually and I remember leeeeroying it through with about 30 other inties. Still rate that as one of my best nights in eve. Fights and PVP generally was more fun back then. None of this dread vs POS malarkey. Its great being Amarr, and having 27 charisma, isn't it?

Mok'Tel Cataclysm Enterprises Dusk and Dawn	Posted - 2007.01.19 02:17:00 - [50] those were the days when the scorpion was uber and used very well by zombie inc. when they came to great wildlands. remember that you could actually lock and shoot down a missile i still recall einheriar ulrich wearing that strange hat, can't really remember what kind of hat it was tho. the FA campaign was called "operation bi**h slap" don't know who came up with the name but every1 liked it. lallente was losing apocs left and right when we had the alpha-team back in CA the monk used to tackle in his raven, always 2 jumps infront of the roaming gang by the way hi chow, it's been a while CA's alpha-team was always fighting, most of the times behind SA lines. the monk set up shop in dss (safe spots with giant cans, you could never do that nowadays)so we had ammo,loot and other stuff there. my first FC NGRU STORM, salute to all of NGRU even tho they all left the game afaik. i remember when ATUK came to HLW with their fleet (after CA let them return) and then attacking our fleet with no warning. all because of a "little" issue between NGRU and them. man i go way back now, ... let me stop here. that is the reason why alot of ppl are not happy that CA reformed, because they have so many many good and precious memories with the old CA that they don't want it ruined. but it is what it is. GL new CA may the old CA spirit be with you. Mok

Sir JoJo Minmatar Destructive Influence Band of Brothers	Posted - 2007.01.20 00:04:00 - [54] i Remember my first fleet fight ;) i was in a Phoon because i was to poor to get a tempest.. i joined in on the fleet pretty much clueless and it ended up in a huge fight... when the fight was over and CA killed like 21 bs to almost 0 lose in that fight i had shoot at exactly ZERO ships i was never in targeting range of any ships ;) my setup was inda not for fleets so i went back to E02 changed setup and went to bed the next day see that was more fun becasue i finally got to shoot at some ;)
