Best of luck to both parties. Knowing TNT and having heard about CAIN this will be an interesting and honorable contract. Godspeed to you all on behalf of Cold Wing.

well well well..... so the killers of Hnolku still have bitter enemies. I guess it's high time someone gave them a slap they so richly deserve.
Viqer, if that offer's still open, my guns will be yours.

If it's revenge for Hnolku's death you want, you might want to look up a certain pilot known as Helpdesk, and what corporation she is currently a member of.

For whatever reason this war declaration has been brought, it is here. I hope that your group are professional, and act accordingly. CAIN looks forward to your abilities. ------------------------------------------------

Strangely enough, I've already been appraised of that particular pilot's current situation. Don't worry, I'll find them all eventually.

Strike the hand, or the mouth that issued the order? The pilot did so under your banner, and standing orders. ------

It ammuses me that CAIN are already attempting to back out of this war.

Vicarrah's reasons for joining Trinity Nova are her own as have been stated above. There has been no contact with CAIN beyond these few posts and as such there is no evidence to suggest they are trying to back away from anything.

And they did it happily.
Just like when she executed that Minmatar spy trying to flee the State not long ago.

Thank you, Admiral Fell, for the honorable response. I honestly don't know how one would "back away" from a mercenary contract to begin with.
See you in space.

As I've stated in CAINCOM before, when I was still allowed in, this is not a personal attack from me on CAIN.
It's just a contract like any other, just a pity my career in TNT starts off this way.
Other members from TNT have faced this before when they were contracted against their previous alliance, NMTZ, I figure it's just something I have to go through as well.
All that matters now, is making sure the client will be pleased with the end-result.

To clear up any historical inaccuracies here, Pilot Helpdesk assisted in destroying the Criminal Doctors Shuttle, the first shuttle,- but it was Pilot Plasmatique who ended the Doctors life with a smart bomb during a exhaustful chase.
As yes, both pilots were following orders and CAIN has always stood by its choice to bring a criminal and mass murderer to justice.
I fail to see how that has anything to do with Trinitys Nova contract issued by a certain radical terrorist group.
And Trinity Nova has been joined by Etherenal Inc in their Mercenary Contract against us. Inital engagements between CAIN forces and this Axis of Mercenaries have been honorable. ------------------------------------------------

The death of Hnolku has nothing at all to do with TNT. It has much to do however, with my decision to accept Viqer Fell's offer of employment with TNT.

Gee, I wonder who the client is!
Any hired mercenary force is a political weapon. We are paid to enforce and empower the political agendas of our clients. However, it is important to understand that our clients politics are ours only so long as we are paid to personify them. As an organization, Trinity Nova has no political goals or aspirations. We do not have enemies, and we have no memory for grudges. All pilots are made to understand this, and their personal agendas are left at the door when they enter.
As has been seen in the past, Pilots have been forced to engage those that once considered them friends. This was an unfortunate consequence of our business model. However, the flip side of misfortune is opportunity. Vicarah has joined [.TNT.] at an opportune time. That is all.
We serve the client, not our personal whims.
Respectfully, Ffaide

Opinions vary somewhat within CAIN, of course, but I personally hold no grudge against mercenaries simply because we happen to be their current target, so long as they conduct themselves honorably. Trinity Nova has, thus far, been professional in their dealings with us, and I have no reason to dislike them on any personal level. Some of my best friends are mercenariesÖ.
That said, it's true that it's not exactly a cosmic mystery who their client is. :)
