Dam good fight TRI and all blueies it was some of the best fun I’ve had in FLA to date.
I don’t think there was anything that could be taken as smack in local, a few pointy comments every now and then but generally a good attitude all round, I think from what I could get over TS that the TRI dreads were engaged after logoff but without an agro timer so they just disappeared, no exploiting and it was hardly a logoffski either since the whole TRI gang logged at the same time and for the night – it was 2am after all and the battle was done.
FLA still has a lot to learn and we did get lucky, but then mistakes certainly happened on both sides and despite our losses we held our own and continued to get better throughout the night, TRI fought bravely and with impressive skill and determination – I’ll not be forgetting in a hurry the moment we were in the process of killing that Naglfar when its shields suddenly stopped dead at 25% and just tanked around 75+ of us until we switched to the Thanatos which then pulled out the same trick, ya capital pilots have big hairy ones TRI, again GF.

Real shame the thread has taken this direction.
It was a Friday night and not everyone in Eve is on a US time zone, people need to sleep.
As far as I’m concerned that’s all that happened.

I was under the impression we were wanting help due to the fact that there was aparantley a large BoB gang in the wider EC area and at the time it was looking as if – however improbable – that TRI had been hired to take our outpost and a main BoB attack force was on the way.
Fairly ludicrous in retrospect I admit, but at the time it seemed like an odd coincidence and I believe it was at that point where questions were asked as to what if any reinforcements we could get.
We didn’t go crying for help as some people are trying to make out, when we initially formed up anyone not in FLA who wanted in was invited, plenty of non-FLA people were there for the pew pew or to just stand by there allies.
Still wanna know what happened to that supposed bob gang though.

- We all enjoyed it
- We all had fun
- TRI took heavy isk losses
- FLA and friends took heavy numerical losses
- TRI’s mission did not succeed
- FLA could have performed better
- The outposts are safe and everyone has a nice storey to tell
