For 500m isk, I will verify if this method works or not and pass the information on to you. Once you have said information (and know it works or doesnt) then I give you the exclusive sell rights to it and your welcome to offer it up to others at 250m a go....
I had a guy the other day trying to sell me a "GM Verified" "way to hide your assets".... after me calling him a p*****r and d******d and ISS Wannabe I got himi to sell what the big secret was, I tested it and wala, he was correct.... But the problem was that he never bug reported the issue and the DEVS (the guy's who fix problems) didnt know about it....
Anyhow.. If you know of a bug and your selling information to a bug then you can be banned..
If you say your griefing the markets (and the only way I know how is by top listing your gear even when it's a new order, or not even the cheapest order, the interface needs fixing badly)....
But if you say your griefing the markets and players then it's probably something that's wrong and needs fixing.
I have also found that gm's (and I have taken many questions to senior gm's) generally dont answer questions about mechanics of the game, so if you did find a bug and asked a gm if you could use it then the answer would have probably been something along the lines of "Please bug report this if you feel it's not working as intended".
So yes your either scamming
or your griefing using a bug.

Devs fix bugs
ISD just edit forums cause they want some power.
GM's just help with game issues.
but the Devs decide what is a bug, or what is not a bug..

I wont state exactly what it was until I confirm that its tottally been fixed (not just a temporary or "accidental" fix)
