Sovereign Enterprises has been invited to list its stock on the Real-Time Eve Stock Exchange. This exchange is run by Balogh (alt of Labogh) and features currently stocks that are publically traded already on other exchanges such as AATP, EMFI, FIN, ISSPO, PCT and others.
As the majority shareholder of Sovereign and its Chairman I have no public opinion whether we should list or not. I have a personal opinion however owning over 65% of the shares myself it would not be fair for me to vote on an issue like this as anything I vote for is automatically YEAH/NAH depending on how my shares vote. Instead I will leave this vote entirely up to the shareholders of our Corporation. It is YOUR decision whether we list or not. As you know in the corporate charter we have a provision to list on the Stock Exchange (at the time there was only one). This is open to discussion by all shareholders.
Sovereign Enterprises stock is "always" 20,000 isk a share. That valuation (times the 200,000 shares) gave us our initial 4,000,000,000 isk in operating captial. Currently our "value" in corporate cash, ships, blueprints, minerals, T2 materials and other items is around 4,700,000,000. The Corporation has paid dividends ontime every two weeks and combined with the special dividend of 400,000,000 isk we paid last month returned a total of 757,028,058 isk to our shareholders. This is an overall return of 18.93% on initial investment over the four months we've been in operation.
If the Sovereign stock is listed on the Exchange you as shareholders have the opportunity to trade your shares at a value higher than the "always" price of 20,000 isk per share if the market feels they are undervalued. This could allow you to realize a far greater immediate gain should you wish to sell your stock at a profit.
If the Sovereign stock is not listed on the Exchange we will continue to operate under the "always" price of 20,000 isk per share and continue to pay dividends and special dividends to try and keep the value near the 4,000,000,000 share price. We plan large special dividends quarterly.
I will start a vote today and ask all shareholders to consider the issue. You may discuss the pros and cons here and reach the vote that is best for you. As most shareholders have the same number of shares (we limited it to a preset maximum) this will truly be a "consensus" vote just as the vote on the special dividend and the freighter bond issue were.
EDIT - The vote is being held for five days to allow ample time to discuss the issue.
Thank you,
Zolcan Chairman/President/CEO Sovereign Enterprises "Build it Right!
