The reserve wasn't met in the time allocated for this auction. So the char goes as far as I am concerned to Fast Girl who was the first to meet the 2.5b price.

Well, you should follow your auction rules. Auction rules are there for a reason.
Technically speaking, if reserv is not met, seller has the right to not sell ...
So, just pretend that seller closed auction without slling and then contacted me in private and sold...
Right? So, it's all good.

I think I have followed the rules. At 18:00 the reserve was not met. As i understand the rules ( I might be missing something, as if so, please explain it to me and I'll stand corrected ) it is my right to refuse to sell in this case.
As it is the first time I'm using the trade forum, it can well be that I made a mistake. My common sense tells me that I haven't, though.

there is nothing wrong with this auction i dont see what rule is broken. at 18:00 the reserve was not met and there was no sniper rule.
the bid at 18:03 is valid only if the seller makes it valid
