Huggins? Dampening arazus? What an uninformed suggestion.
I would guess Shamis'es problem is that the only way to stop the titan as intended(i.e. using dictor or normal bubble) isn't working because he can cyno out of it.
As far as I know, there has been at least one capital ship reimbursement that the kill wouldn't have been made if the ship wasn't bumped, so bumping does indeed work, but is in no way intended.

So you're confirming that it's intended to be able to jump out of a dictor or mobile bubble and that bumping ships to score an otherwise impossible kill is allowed?
Tbh that's the only problem here... any decent group of players can get enough firepower to kill a lone titan. Assuming it doesn't jump out for some reason, I don't want it to be reimbursed because bumping it with a frig or something wasn't allowed

Very important question indeed...
And I think Titan shouldn't be able to use their doomdays remotely, and carrier shouldn't be able to assign their fighters to a frig while they sit safely inside a POS. One of Tuxford's goals is to bring capital ships in the front line, right?
These questions are ones you're going to have to ask Tuxford. I was just responding to the OP
So instead of us asking Tuxford in some magical way besides doing it here, you should, I dunno.... nudge him and ask?
But I guess working in the public sector does that to you...err no wait.
