No rof bonuses on a bomber... PLEASE
These ships are about a single strike then recloaking not about standing there throwing volley after volley at its target (like say a raven or a drake). Though another missle damage bonus would be great or even missle velocity. Actually velocity sounds sorta nice, it would allow a SB to recloak sooner after firing from a farther range.

ROF bonus for bombers isn't a very good idea. It doesn't fit well with the tactics required to utilize them. The idea is to remain cloaked as much as possible. Damage/velocity boosts make the most sense from that standpoint.
I'd really like to see the dev(s) that spearheaded this comment on their thoughts of what a SB should be. Right now they look more like somebody's afterthought than a real ship class.
Dev comments on some of the ideas proposed would be good as well. Doubt we'll see either, though.

I'd be happy to see the ability to fit the covert ops cloak and then have some more cloak BPO's seeded.
That said, the OMG AoE missile seems good too. Just make sure they only get one shot at a time. Maybe make the missile bigger than the cargo hold so you only get the missile loaded into the launcher.

Bring back mines that can only be used by the Stealth. Be able to lay mines while cloaked, move in close to a target or camp and put the mines out. Have others in gang push them toward the mines, or even be able to have the stealth explode all the mines at once. Different types of mines maybe, when they go off the ships are scrambled for a little bit or even target painted. Lots of different mines could be used.

SB's need CovOps cloaks, but the Cloak Cartel is a problem there. More BPO's would help, yes.
Mines are an interesting idea, and bombers could utilize them with an exceptionally nefarious efectiveness, I'll admit -- but once again, like the massive AOE warhead, it isn't worth building a ship class around. Maybe if you cobbled together a lot of these sort of ideas, it'd make for a good cloaked 'utility' ship, but that's not quite a bomber. Still, perhaps that is an idea worth exploring.

How about just allowing a Cruise Missile launched by a SB to track like a FOF after launch. Basicly a FOF Cruise with NORMAL Cruise Missile Damages. Only usable on a SB. That and a Covert Ops CLoack is all you really would need.
Also why is it that all teh sensor dampners only effect teh ship you have targeted? WHy is there no long range ECM to hide behind when uncloaked? Basicly like teh ECM Burst but it would effect Everything looking IN to the ECM not just everything in it.(Just curious what the thinking was with the whole ECM/ECCM stuff)
