The daily missions you get from your R&D agent; Special Delivery or 'Rodents have smashed up my lab & I need trit...'.
Do these missions giver you corp standing upon completion like std missions?

No you get more R&D points for doing the mission each day.

The missions themselves do not give any standings increase, however, they do give you a storyline mission after 16 of them. I've been given missions to haul 40,000m3 of material about 5 jumps, and missions to haul 0.1m3 materials 3 jumps. The first gave me 1 mill + 5 mill bonus, the later gave me 5 mill isk + 10 mill isk bonus. Figure that one out.

The benefit of the 40km3 storyline mission is the standings. Last time I got it I gained +25% corp standing gain and +8.5% faction gain. Not bad for two trips in a decently fit indy.
