I tried finding a list of corp thieves in the forums and found nothing so decided to make one. The best way to avoid being ripped off is not to give roles freely in the first place. Giving roles to your alt or someone you know IRL to test what role does what , is a good way to learn. Keep all the stuff you don't want stolen in hangers 6 and 7 and don't give access to them. New members have access to 1 and 2 only and that is where you keep your junk. If you lose that stuff it really doesn't matter. The 7 corp thieves that I know of are:
The Juan, Markey, and Scata from Battlestars
Laquita Fortune and alt InternetToughGuy (NPC corp and his own)
Tamoore Hakaari and alt Bruella Bedala
I hope this post is useful and saved some people alot of assets. Feel free to add to the list.
Keep everything valuable locked down and fly safe.

Fix'd and Shang Tsungin robbed my NPC Corp Dry. It was fun while it lasted but now thanks to Shangs evil thievery Caldari Provisions is shutting down and I will be forced into a Player Run Corp... =(

Some of these stories can't be as bad as the time an acquaintance of mine thought it would be a good idea to autopilot (first mistake) a Charon (second mistake) full of BPO's (third mistake) through null-sec (fourth mistake).
Sometimes unintentional sabotage is just as bad, if not worse, than outright asshattery. Though rest assured this fool has been dealt with. |
