Today I was trying to 2 go thru fd-mlj to go get my rupture, i was only in a reaper with no guns or anything. When i went to the gates there were people from "Outer Ring Alliance" at each one, and they attacked me for no reason and then were very rude and making sexual comments in local, anyway you guys might want to be careful when you go Syndicate, here is the logs:

You are 0.0 sec status in Republic Military School corp with a 500k bounty on your head.
ORS is currently involved in keeping fd-mlj and surrounding systems clear of pirates. We're bounty-hunters, not mind readers. If you got that bounty involved in non-pirate activities then I apologize, the loss of your reaper must have been devastating, so i've transferred 1isk into your account just to be on the safe side 
Anyway, you've got "Cloud Alexander" backing up your cause here, so I think that speaks for itself.
A word of advice, next time you're in 0.0 you might want to have some credentials and lose that bounty.

Not to ruin your original purpose here, just some education you may benefit from.
1) Thank you for pointing out this new pirate threat that has been there for ages.
2) The reason they don't ask is because you could lie to them and get away. Not all bounty hunters go after the ebil pirates of the world, they, surprisingly enough, go after peopel with bounties, be they good or bad. And not to flame you but your idea of what a certain role should do is irrelevant when compared to others. Everyone makes up their own idea and defition of what a particular role is suppose to do/be. The words used are more like guidlines anyways.

I'm sorry, maybe I didn't read it hard enough, but I can't seem to find the sexual comments bit. Also, it appears you were the only one using language bad enough to filter on these forums, so keep your wild accusations to yourself if you can't offer anything remotely resembling proof.

i've known of cloud since he was a station sitting smack talker. Not to mention a time in 6-c where he dared to say we weren't a real pirate corp. Of course then we poded him, so i guess you could say he brings the hate on himself  . More or less he's just never proven to me he's more then a smack talker.

The original poster seems to be either a noob or he seems to be trying to instigate hate where hate does not exist.
First of all, to pirate hunters, if you have a bounty on your head, and you enter local.. you become a target. If they asked you why a bounty existed on your head, the potential pirate might be warned of the danger and hide. Also even if you did ask a person why they had a bounty on their head, whats there to stop a legit pirate from just plain lying to you?
ie. "No man, im a pirate hunter, the pirates put the bounty on me" and such, much like your excuse was.
Next, why are you travelling through FD-MLJ in a reaper in the first place? Oh yes, maybe because its a known deathtrap and you were expecting to get killed?
As for your reaper and your clone, your reaper isnt even worth one isk, so I don't see how devastating it could be for you, another thing is that why didn't you just clear out the bounty by getting someone to pod you? I'm sure that it would have covered a new clone, and maybe even a bit more. Unless you had implants, there's no excuse. And if you did have implants, you're the one that took the risk.
And finally from your post it looks like you are trying to imply something that isn't there. Lets assume that you are a real bounty hunter and that your bounty was created because you killed a Biomass player.. well then, as a bounty hunter, would you too not understand the finer details of such encounters? No, instead you go off trying to imply that there is some sort of "new pirate alliance" no matter how many times the people involved tell you there is not.
Not only that, but you took Cloud's (known "pirate") jesting remarks as fact.
For all those things, I must lead you to one phrase:
STFU NOOB!

HEH these pirate alts are getting great with trying to stir **** and get people to believe that good guys are pkers.
ORS, FA are not pirates.
If you begin to believe this propaganda, think about these pirates, how they get an alt to scout you, drive up to a gate your guarding. They relay tactical info back to the ones in the bases. They have time to prepare and refit to make sure they have a greater success rate in battle. YOU shoot, they die, next they go on and on about being a noob, posting, and how they are gonna report you.

Well, ghost437 and AlexisMachine are about the only good fighters in ORS (they might have more but those two stand out in fights) and only natural that they bring the fight to us for a change as we have been attacking them so often.
But I doubt they have turned pirates yet

Curiously they've both died in the last 36 or so hours (in two seperate fights).
Sadly, ghost would have had a good chance of escaping but he crashed at some point during the fight. Wished it hadn't have happened, but I guess now we're even for Bob :P

Well they have been killed few times, that much is true, but all those who fight alot get killed during that route, they are just unlucky in that way that most of the pilots that do fight with them arent any good and thus cant watch thier backs, at least that is my assumption of my fights in FD and 4C.

I tell u what i almost get podded every time in with my alt "MAFIA Pimp" when i go through FD-MLJ. 9 Times out of 10 you will be dead in a frigate, if there are pirates at the gate. Hehe and can anyone post here how many MAFIA pimp corpses they have got ? Would be fun to know whos in the top 5 :)

Thanks Omni for your praise, but I can assure you there's plenty of killing talent in ORS The reason you probably havent seen some of it is that (as we both have to admit) alot of the c0w/allies-vs-ORS encounters to date have involved one or the other side having much greater numbers than the other, and little real fighting taking place due to the tactical disadvantages on the lesser side.

If you're PVP'ing in eve and are afraid or unwilling to lose a ship and/or die then you shouldnt be PVP'ing. It's really that simple. Ghost and I both live for this stuff and we both know it's bound to happen on occasion. The enjoyment outweighs the risks and neither of us are stupid or arrogant enough to go around claiming we're "unbeatable".

It happens... but it's probably the worst way to go IMO. My death later on was at least partly due to hanging around too long on my own to get some corpses to cheer ghost up with. He does love his corpses... and I mean that literally .

I was in a tactically crappy situation there. Out numbered (2v1), and unable to make use of the best features of my ship with it's setup at the time (speed and range). It was a good fight and my hat goes off to Leila and Zcinner for a well earned kill. My tactical disadvantages were introduced greatly due to some nice flying by Leila in her Raven. Again, nice job.
As for the nice stuff; yes I'm glad to hear Leila/Zcin got the can at least. Damn torps can make pvp kindof a letdown when you actually get a kill some of the time. The worst is losing a enemy's corpse to one
Anyway, I'm taking a short Eve hiatus. Once I get some RL stuff out of the way, I'll hopefully be back in full force.

A final thought: Clod Alexandria is a low-life pirate. Not content to nuke innocent players (in vastly inferiour ships), she takes great pleasure in smack-talk in Local after the cowardly deed is done. What a pr1ck.
[1]: I have Clod in my Buddies list (irony?) just so I can check whether a bounty is still in place. If it isn't, I'll put up some cash based purely on my observasion above.

yep alexismachine, take a lil break. I myself am going to. With the changing of mwd/ab/gates, i been thinkin bout givin the game up. There are other games that do not shift like the sands.
I get so mad when I buy something and they nerf it. Train for something, they nerf it. when will it end? Apparently not until this game dies.

This is so stupid. Did you know there are freedom-fighters in this game? Did you know there are mercenaries? Did you know very anti-pirate alliances (such as CFS) sometimes have to fight? And that sometimes combat takes place in empire space? Bounty does not equal pirate. Killing someone because of one is not morally superior to killing someone because they have a nice cargo expander you can sell.
I have never pirated. I spend most of my time in Minmatar starter systems helping newbies get started.
Clearly I deserve to be podded.

no i wasnt there, bob from my corp killed a tempest (or i thought he did) the other day and it had a really good loadout, i thought it was you. i might have been mistaken.
also i wasnt trying to cut down your fighting abilities with my "surprised you died" comment, just saying it was nice stuff.
i blow up almost every can i get :(
