No. You canot activate any modules while cloaked.
And since you can't lock while cloaked, this makes little difference.

Can't activate any modules while cloaked.
Modules will finish their full cycle if they were activated before the cloak though.

You also cant start probing etc. the only thing you can do cloaked is: - moving - warping (only Covert Ops cloak) - destroying already launched scan probes
And not sure if you can unload guns while cloaked (click change ammo and iirc it unloaded em but im not 100% sure).

Oh and you can't eject or place anything into your cargo hold either.

I can activate my Bible I module, depending on where I'm cloaked. Or the named version, 'Salvation' Good Word Proclaimer. Less CPU. ----------------------------

Actually, if you activate your Damage Control at same time as your cloak, the DCU will stay active :)

Was about to say.. the DCU does stay on. And I have had it from time to time leave a few other things on (or at least appear to be on).

Think someone said ECCM stays on as well, not that it makes and difference (guess DC could theoretically protect you against a smart bomb or something). ---------------------------------------- A Guide to Scan Probing in Revelations |

Sensor boosters have stayed on too, but i've always de-activated them just incase the pulsating blue still appears on enemies screen.

And having your DCU on while you can't be targeted quickly takes up residence in the "House of Uselessness: Extreme Edition".
Edit: OK the smart bomb scenario where they arent already within 2500 meters and thus have de-cloaked you?... Yeah I know they just asked what could be activiated, not what was useful...

DCU has a 30s cycle time, so maybe it just looks like its 'staying on' because it finishes its cycle once you've cloaked. -----

ECCM can be activate while cloaked as well. This doesn't matter right now, but eventually it will help avoid being detected by a scan probe (right now probes can't find cloaked ships at all).

Nothing like flying my Hawk, cloaking up to a jetcan miner who you have neg standing with, uncloak, rob can, hit MWD, by the time you can recloak you are already 140kms away.
I kinda wish you could recloak right away, but I guess that would make you kinda invincable. ------------------------------------- The difference between a Pirate and an Anti-Pirate is that an Anti-Pirate fights ships fitted with guns!

Yes, but most ships don't have a real use for a cloak. Usually its only really fast ships or covert ops ships, including stealth bombers. The only time a cloak would be useful on a slow ship is if it was for going AFK in a safespot.

Places to use your prototype cloak: 1. Blockade runners, if you scan a bubble camp and dont want to turn around but rather wait them out. 2. NPC raven, if you are ratting in a system without a pos.
Places to not use your prototype cloak. 1. Any pvp ship or scout unless a stealth bomber. Reason: stealth bombers is the only ship fast enough cloaked to move out of the way from the ceptors and other fast ships microwarpdriving towards where you cloaked. We pop 2-3 cloaked ceptors/haulers/battleships/battlecruisers a day.

Not true. Any fast pimped ship can move away . Just hit MWD reach some speed and cloak. If you reached a few km/s you will still move 2-3 km before readquire the turtle mode.
I always carry a proto cloak... always...

Even when you aren't using it (even when it is OFFLINE, but still fitted), cloaks inflict fairly significant targeting penalties on your ship.
Not a big deal in a hauler, but combat ships will feel that pinch (barring of course, bombers, and the covops cloak).
