first off, i enjoy reading these forums, its entertaining how serious some pple take this game.
plz lemme start off with some quotes out of this thread:
*All i've seen of privateers is nano ships running from anything bigger then a shuttle

without critizising the posters of these phrases, it occurs to me as soon as pple see the privateers tag, the amount of such post increases.
since i left e-r, i have been in bydi and privateer-alliance for bout, uhm, 10 days now... we killed pple in e-r and they were ****ed at us, but i have never ever recieved so much negative feedback nor localsmack before. could i have changed within 10 days?
i could quote some persons here and really everyone reading it would have to laugh, even if they would never dare to admit it, but some smack is indeed pathetic.
im not a person who enjoys smack, i try to avoid it, though from time to time some phrase might slip my mouth, everyone has a limit, uk... 
i fought a 0.0 phoon n harpy yesterday. i was in a rax. i have to admit the phoon was pretty new guy, 3months, and he was shield tanked. i fought them, and i was solo. well, anyways, the harpy died, the phoon lost his shield tank n then i was outta cap, scram deactivated n phoon warped off. it was a fun fight, though while i was mentioning to another warttarget, diff alliance, who i killed b4, that i just had a fun fight gainst a phoon n harpy, the harpy guy responded "yeah, lets smack in local now"...
after an exchange of some little arguments, we reached a reasonable form of chat. 2 war enemies chatting in local...

Eve-Uni have been one of the few alliances that never have smacked me during the war. they even toldoff some other guy who smacked me in local that it was bad. i have nothing but deepest respect to eve-uni rules, their teachers n students.
(gotta admit ur 30men zerg gang ruined my days from time to time, but overall it was fun^^)

EDIT: if you see any of my alliance buddies flaming in local, plz ignore them, every community has some odd ones out
