Does the skill affect lp reward as well, or just isk?

It affects the effective quality of your agent, which in turn affects LP, isk and faction reward.

For a bit longer explanation.. payouts in isk's and lps are effected by 2 things, the base security of the system the agent is located in and the effective quality of the agent.
Negotiation raises the effective quality of the agent and therefor the lp/ isk payout, your personal standings with the agent also affect effective quality.
effective 54 is the highest I have seen on an agent personaly.. (personal standing 10, negotiation 5, base agent quality 20)

According to this thread (the end of it), effective quality does not affect LP, but affects the ISK reward; I've just trained 3 levels of negotiation myself, and noticed no difference in LP. (That's an effective quality change from 27 to 42.) |

I believe Negotiations has no effect on LP, based on past trainings of it to check exactly that. I havn't checked lately, but I still get the same LP I always used to. So I would like confirmation that neg does effect LP.

As far as I know, the only skills that affect LP rewards are the "specialized" connections skills, the ones you can get via the 15K LPs + 10 millions offers.
I may be wrong, but I've maxed nearly all my Social skills (finishing Fast Talk 4 to 5 at the moment), and I've only noticed an increase in LPs when I raised my Political, Military and High Tech Connections skills ...
