I run this for gang pvp atm:
8x 800mm AC II
XL Shield Booster II
Copasetic Boost Amp
EM Hardener II
Therm Hardener II
Invul Field II
Heavy Cap Injector II
2x PDU II
2x Gyrostab II
1x DCU II
Rigs:
Falloff Rig - needed because of lack of speed - gives me about 30km falloff IIRC.
ROF Rig or Cap Recharge - always useful to counter Hails recharge hit.
Kinetic Shield Hardener Rig.
But i agree with you, this ship is sexeh. Sweet tank (1100 boost per cycle  ) and decent resists. Nasty damage too. Viable for pve aswell, swap the 800s for 1200s and alter the hardeners/cap booster.
Now lets have t2 BS with HAC resists

3) The kin rig is handy with this tank... But its about as strong as an inv II. Change the therm hardener to an inv II and then change the kinetic rig for another falloff rig.
The problem is my CPU is short (Electronics and WU 5) so I can't fit modules which use anything more than 15 or so CPU in my lows, so i could only see PDUs as an option 
Barrage has rubbish tracking so when i'm being orbited close I might be in the soft and brown without a web  Hail gives me that extra damage and allows me to track better.
The 2nd falloff rig instead of the ROF might be a good idea. I'll ponder over that one.
Swapping a therm hardener for another invul uses more cap and gives me worse thermal resistance for a limited kin, em and explo boost (explo and kin were already high anyway). Also, i'm not made of money, that's 40mil in 2 hardeners
