I dont get it.
Transitive verb
to thread (third-person singular simple present threads, present participle threading, simple past threaded, past participle threaded)
To pass (through a narrow constriction or around a series of obstacles). I think I can thread my way through here, but it’s going to be tight. |

Uhm, it isn't a typo.
To thread carefully means that you move around carefully ;) So basically, what they're saying is "move carefully around these fellows" ;P
Cheers!

The correct term is "tread carefully" as in walk softly around a sleeping bulldog. ---

Ah now raises the question. Was it a typo or was it the real word? --------

Thread CAN be used legitimately, but in this context it would be somewhat awkward. I'm pretty confident that CCP intended to put 'tread' there.

It's a typo or a bad "something" to english translation. ---

Well, I've never heard the word "thread" used like this although I can see it work if I really use my imagination. I even Googled both terms and the only thing I get back from "thread with care" is talking about sewing or reading forum posts carefully. "Tread with care" came back with the correct results as expected. ---

Heh! I learn something new every day. It just seems a wierd way to say it. It makes me think of an old lady knitting a scarf while flying a battleship.

Sew, carefully threading my way though the posts, I would tread carefully around some respondents grammatical interpretations of the original post. No, I'm not trying to needle anyone either, just trying to make a point.

Edited by: H3licon on 29/01/2007 00:54:04 On E-ON #6, Rogue drones are called Rouge drones. (i wonder if there is a pink version of drones). There are also numerous typos where 'hangar' is spelled 'hangEr', 'then' instead of 'than', and many other silly typos that make one wonder if E-ON is made by kids.
