I have been fighting DOOM. and (the former) YNC for as long as I have lived in the North. I have grown to respect, and actually like them as opponents and people. They have provided us a worthy sporting opponent when there were no enemies to fight. And when the real scumbags show up, they show where their true friendships lie. I'll admit in the past that when I have seen TRI in a fight with some 'non-northern' reds - I have attempted to land a hand discreetly. There is nothing unholy about this alliance at all. I'll drink to its perpetuity. I don't see it ending when this tragically failed attack from the South is rebuffed.I don't see it ending when the boot of the North stands hard on the crushed skull of the South and hand in hand, well all hold a steady blaster to its temple and pull the trigger. BOB + Pets. This is the beginning of your end. This is the difference between North and South. We despise your oppresive 'Business Model'. We do not have pets here. No one is forced into subservience. When it comes down to it, every pirate, every independant miner, every research corp, every alliance that built it's name on the blood and twisted steel of fallen opponents will fight you. Because we are loyal to each other. Freely. And we hate you. Unendingly. We hate you so purely that we'd take every single last one of or stations and ram it into Molle's mouth and hit the self destruct button. We don't give a damn about our territory anymore. BOB I promise you this. This is the end of the road for you. There will be no mercy for your wretched alliance.

Personally, I fail to see how the "Northern NAP train" as it seems to be known nowadays is in any way either a Bad Thing OR significantly different to the situation in the south. I mean, on the one had we have a north where people (mostly) live peacefully alongside their neighbours and exploit the resources of their chosen region... and on the other we have a south-west where everyone (mostly) lives peacefully under the dominion of BoB and exploit the resources of their chosen reason. Where's the difference, exactly? I'm having trouble seeing it. Is it only dropped by a rare Sansha officer spawn or something? ***
