And then he states that he didn't wanna blob or smth. 4-5 people is far from a blob. That's what's referred to as a small gang, and is one of the most fun parts of PVP battle in eve. Sorry to hear about the failure of anti-pirateness, but you really WILL find that most places in low sec. I'm really actually somewhat tempted to give it a go now that you're so vehemently for it, but I guess some things just aren't worth acting on (-9. ftl)

Now imagine those mentioned ships jump on one cruiser, then this small gang kinda becomes a blob for me. I know, I prefer small gangs as well (2, 3 ships), but anything that is more than 4 times stronger than the enemy is considered a blob by me. And 4 vs 1 isn't 4 times stronger, it is 20 times stonger, cuz they all can (well depending on setups, but generally) EWAR, rep, deal dmg, web, scramble, spam drones and all that simultaneously. Edit: note - you have trained advanced typo lvl5.

BTW, I'm not criticising the pirates for not wanting to play ball and give us a chance. I'm just asking for advice. If your at the stage where you amazing and alot of sp specialised in different areas but good enough to be amazing. Then you should have changed into different ships with your mates and fitted for the situation. But I highly doubt you are any of those things since you are asking the question ;) I only know 2 or 3 people in eve who fit what I said and they are godlike pvpers. But If you cant then dont fight. I was being station camped before by 4 guys. 1 in af, 1 in inty, 1 cruiser and frig. All pvp war fitted. I go afk for 15 mins and leave note in loca telling corp mate were being station camped (he was afk). Coming back 15 minutes later I see all 4 pwned by him on his own (He juist fitted for situation :). He wasn't using bs or anything. Just fitted well for it :) Players like those who can succesfully comment on more then 2 races with really good setups are the realy good players.
