Shouldn't that be:
"I'm fairly boring, but heres a long list of all the machines I have, and a fancy server, the kitchen sink....."

Well, if you want a list....
PC1: Main PC in Dining Room Antec Sonata with Acousti-pack Athlon XP 3200+ Some Motherboard (can't remember, onboard sound+lan though) 1.5GB RAM DVD-R DVD-RW 80GB IDE HDD AGP Radeon x1600 Pro
Though it's 'silenced' the heat sink fans are starting to die and grind a little. When I have enough cash I will migrate this upto a Core2Duo machine (ASROCK do a nice C2D based AGP/DDR1 Motherboard) with mostly passive components and a Seasonic PSU.
PC2: Mainly for email, electronics (Phidgets) and video editing Aspire X-QPack Athlon XP 3200+ Some motherboard (again, no idea) 1GB Ram CD-RW 80GB IDE HDD 27GB IDE HDD AGP Radeon 9600 Pro SoundBlaster Audigy 2 EX (front bay thingy)
Mainly for video editing. I am sure when I upgrade the box above to C2D, this PC will get the gaming hand-me-downs. Noisy as a hell though.
Server: Under stairs Athlon 64 X2 3800+ Energy Efficient Some motherboard (AM2, onboard graphics and LAN, PCI-E) 2GB Ram 120GB SATA HDD 160GB IDE HDD 160GB IDE HDD 320GB SATA HDD 10Mb Network card 80GB USB HDD (archive)
Serves the internet, does torrent stuff, stores files. Also acts as a SQL/Web Server for testing stuff. The Cool'n'Quiet thing on the AMD combined with the Energy Efficient model does quite well, raming down power when idle (which is most of the time) and has enough power to render DivX and SQL Queries.
Also on my list of stuff...
KISS DP-500 Network DivX/DVD Player (now you understand the 740Gb of server storage)
Compaq <something 700> Laptop (on wireless)
Nintendo Wii (on wireless)
X-Box
Nintendo DS (on wireless)

this is just to show computers not to "show-off" from them :P I dont want to put my entire "gadget" list in here, or I will look like a huge nerd :P
My Favorite though is a very nice wireless DVD player, that allows me to run a DVD from my PC HD anywhere in the house (currently connected to a Sony Surround System and a 3 meter wide projector).

Now I tend to wonder why I decided to get a clear case and five LED fans that make the walls vibrate as well as sucking in an insane amount of dust. But at the time it seemed a great idea.

hey man, how do you like that acrylic case? almost got one myself, but heard loads of bad things about them - get dirty, construction is very poor.
im using Antec P180B and I dont recommend it. PSU mounts on the bottom, heavy as ****, steel front panel warps with temperature variances.

I can not say enough about how bad the quality on my case was, the audio jacks at the front were soldered the wrong way round (the mic jack was connected to the headphones wire and vise versa), some of the panels are too big, the holes for the screws had to be widened so that the supplied screws could actually fit in and yes they get very very dirty.
If I was buying a PC now I'd go with a more normal case and with the moeny I'd saved buy some beer or something. The company that made my case was akasa so I think I'll be staying the hell away from their products in the future. -----------------------------------------------

Well I paid someone else to deal with it as I had a go at building it but really have no clue about computers. I'm not sure if it was worth it or not, I do like looking at the components (helps with the boardome of missions etc ) but if the option of getting someone else to build it wasn't there I would have sent it back.
It was funny listerning to the guy explain to me just how annoying the case was to put together and I was a bit nervous if he'd never take my call again, luckily he still does! -----------------------------------------------

The side door it self are 5mm thick
So it's kinda heavy with all of the stuffs in it.

I've using a current high-end build for the machine I'm using these days.
SilverStone Zeus 850W Quad-rail Lian Li PC777 Memorial Edition, i.e. "snail case" e6600 @ stock speeds Tuniq Tower 120 eVGA 680i SLI 2GB Corsair XMS DDR2 8500 eVGA 8800GTX @ stock speeds
1x 320GB Caviar SATA 1x 74GB Raptor SATA (2 partitions)
If I had a camera I'd take a pic. No flashy lights or anything. Just google the PC777, that's pretty much what it looks like.
