Lord Wibblybobbly ....ooops Wimbishi i believe was a former PA FC or commander of some sorts, he then helped The Confederation Alliance (where i got to know him) with its navy and training. He then went on to form the Ghost Alliance, but RL forced him away from game. Ghost Alliance kind of fell over without him at the helm.
An all round nice guy, even if his posts do tend to ....well lets say if it was on paper then friends of the earth would probably be having words with him.

Depending on what kind of plans you've got, I think I know people that might be interested. Not all of OCC harbored a grudge, and I suspect you can always use more fighters.
