Would it be better to go for Stratios and can Stration run DED 5/10?
I must notice that my cargo holds both data and relic analyzers which I refitt in space ,so thats why Astero and Stratios would be my no1 choice.

Astero can run :
1/10 - all
2/10 - all (have not tested the guristas, the final room might be a problem without a purpose fit)
3/10 - all, but the npc's will go for drones, and there will be lots of NPC's; i switch to a light tank of eanm + small repper, 2 dda's, use augmented goblins and in the mids mwd, 2 cap rechargers and sensor booster
4/10 - sansha can be done (based on what i read), guristas can probably done with a very specific fit (ab, repper perma running, strong kinetic tank), blood can be done with the same 3/10 fit (the sensor booster and having 3-4 levels of advanced drone avionics is crucial ... use fed navy goblins here because some drones will probably die), and i assume angel one is doable too. Serpentis one is not doable, your dps is low, rats go for drones a lot and you need to kill a bunch of them before killing the boss in that situation, and the boss can probably tank 150dps even if it's pure thermal.
Astero shines in 1-2/10, data sites (not ghost sites) and the ocasional 3/10 or 4/10 in an empty system that you might find.
As for plex, i have no idea if you were refering to the 30d game extension item or if it's short for complex ...
Paying for a 30d plex with an Astero's hard work is certainly doable though. |

If your Onyx had about 600dps, you were probably using kin damage.
That npc is weak to thermal, much weaker.
On thermal, 250dps i know for sure can do it (but not very fast). |
