Electus Matari has declared war on Delictum 23216.
After 24 hours fighting can legally occur between those involved.

Once again an outside force attempts to not only attack our allies, but also make the bold claim of trying to 'reclaim' Republic space for the Amarrian Empire, whilst also claiming that the Matari should not be independant.

It is not in the interests of the Matari to have their own State.
While we believe our allies, Namtz'aar k'in will have no problems with the forces of Delictum 23216, we cannot allow aggressive Amarrian entities to do as they please within Republic controlled space.
With their claims of operating so called 'Live Fire Exercises' we are left with no option but to show these Ammatar the business side of our vessels and forcibly remove their prescence from our home in the Republic.
Whilst any Ammatar who turns his back on this war shall be shown pity, any who aspire to repeat the collaborative rule of their ancestors under the Amarr shall be dealt with as General Hraldir dealt with them before us... however, if they wish this war to escalate, then I am afraid that our hands are tied and both yourselves (Delictum 23216) and the battle hardened forces of PIE Inc. will be engaged as and where you show your faces.

This declaration of intent is welcome. Anti-terrorism has never been so easy.
It is interesting to be nominated now as a Caldari mercenary... where exactly does that information come from - I do not recollect ever working for any mercenary outfit or even taking a single contract for mercenary work.
Inability to organise ourselves? Once again, I do not see where that information is gathered from... I would suggest you tell your information sources to get their act together and stop feeding you information that you want to hear instead of the true facts.
Finally, as for your statement of Anti-terrorism never being so easy, well what can I say... for a terrorist organisation intent on invading Republic space, you do not hold high hopes for your corporation - we shall soon see how effective you are.
