But seriously I think there is a certian range you have to from it to make it not repair like a mofo. I want to say it's something like 65km or 60km but honestly it's been a while since I ran those last, at least a year.

Like all races 8/10s, distance from the overseer structure will keep it from armor repping (nothing will stop the shield repping). The armor repping stops after you are 45km away, 60 km is for extra safety via traversal. |

Hmm, in your video the structures' armor keep repairing for some minutes even when the guy is at 60km, then it miraculously stops. Why ? |

I forgot about the serp 8/10 bug.
If you look at the time in the bottom left corner, you will see it jump from like 12:07 to 12:21 (a 14 minute gap). The trick is to warp out and warp back in (dealing with the travel times all over again). When you come back, the station won't armor rep.
I really thought they fixed that years ago. The other 8/10s don't do that, I've done sansha and angel 8/10s this last week. |

It's not really a bug per se. It's just once you get in range and the repping starts, it won't stop repping until you re-enter the site. Basically, stay 60km away from it, and it won't rep the armor.
Of course, you can always bring friends to overcome the rep with brute force. |

Another trick is to have the guy with aggro log off and warp off. You can then log on again and the site will no longer repair.
Not sure if this work if you're only one pilot.... It might.
But it sure works if you have two chars running a site :) |
