Unless i am mistaken LvL 4 agents (but not all) can locate people, you may need to get a LvL 4 agent first but I'm not 100% on that.
Find and browse ANY killboard to look for victims, just lie in wait in a system where most of their kills take place. It is faily easy to lull someone into a trap at a location they feel comfortable in, expecially if they have never seen you before and you make yourself look like a new player.
The trick here is MASSIVE tank, NOS, and Web/scramble. Just worry about holding people still and surviving while the rest of your group comes in from the neighboring system (much easier to do with 50% ship hp increase).
Killboards are my #1 source of information, that and carebear whines on the crime/punsihment thread. Just dont go after the poster, go after the person they are whining about.

What a *** way you suggested of killing people... At least ADD some SKILL into it...

That being said, the PvP Force is strong in this one, I forsee a good future full of whining carebears and jealous PvPers crushed under his heels .

It really doesn't exist in Eve, but it doesn't change the fact that there is a constant stream of new players who think that's what they want to do.
There is no way for them to know how broken the bounty system is here.
Give them credit, they're working with the fantasy not like the people who come in and say they want to be healers.

Well, not exactly, sure, it's not quite perfected yet, but when you think about it, the bounties are placed on people that either stay in low sec because that's where they hunt, or being force to stay in low sec because of sec status.
Now, other than the fact that you lose sec status no matter who you attack in low sec, you can still pod without concord intervention.
Is it feasable? Yes. Is it an easy profession? no. Does ransoming people pay more? absolutely.
edit : lol on that healer mention... I had to convince someone that they were "drones" not "minions" =) ------------------------------------------------- I never wrote this -Eris
