Posted - 2007.01.31 01:20:00 - [1] SERMON #6 IN A SERIES ABOUT THE GALLENTE AND GODLESSNESS Brothers and Sisters of Amarr, loyal enlightened Ammatar, members of all other lessor races who obey the word of God and live in the light I come to you with a word of warning. A word that transcends racial barriers and class structure. A word that whlie well known to the Amarrians and our slaves is little to the Gallente race. That word? WORK Today I come before you to discuss the Gallente work "ethic" and what it has provided the galaxy as its "gift". Indeed many races have provided for our advanced life especially the Amarr who gave us the return to Jump Gates and interstellar travel. Even the other lessor races like the Caldari gave us financial systems and wisdom over monetary affairs. The Minmatar gift is their lives in service to God and Empire. So what is the Gallente "gift"? Well brothers and sisters that is a complex topic. While the Gallente would claim they've brought "culture" and "freedom" to the universe the evidence is quite to the contrary. We know they have brought porxography, sxx shops, perverse holoreels and all other manner of lust oriented sin. They bring alcohol not blessed by God, tobacco, drugs and other illegal mind altering substances. Yes these are all "gifts" of the Gallente. But they are not why we are here tonight. No the Gallente "gift" is a result of their lack of work ethic. So focused on self gratification and lust are they that the duty to provide and produce has clearly escaped them. Words like "quality" and "service" mean little in a society ruled by XXX shops and prostitution. But what is the cost of this work "ethic"? Well of course its inferior products. One only need look at the shape of some of their ships to observe the fascination with various parts of the anatomy. Likewise the quality of their holoreels appears better than their educational facilities. Massive spas and resorts catering to all manner of perversion dot the countryside on many Gallente planets reinforcing this lifestyle. Now today we have the result. We all know the Gallente fascination with drone technology. Admittedly they are the "experts" in the field of drone warfare. Their ships have the largest drone bays and many of their pilots are born with a model drone in their cribs. Drones are the legacy of the Gallente. Drones are their "gift" as well. Not the regular drones we use to mine, to fight, to repair and survey. No the Gallente "gift", the result of their misdirected work "ethic" is the DRONE HIVE. Drone Hives. A scourge upon mankind and a danger unlike any in the universe. Renegade drones, developed with advanced "intelligence", forming their own colonies and hives. Attacking innocents to absorb them into the hive collective. Ruins of ships melded together by this evil Gallente invention lay in wait for the unsuspecting. How did it happen? Well we can only imagine. We know the Drone Hives are highly intelligent. Perhaps a Gallente Engineer responsible for programing the AI on the drone took a break for a quick bluepill or rendevous with a lady of the evening when he was supposed to be working on the AI. Perhaps he then returned and rushed things to catch up. Perhaps he was at some resort watching holoreels instead of working hard for society. Either way we have the result. Deadly drone hives. Heed my words Brothers and Sisters. Do not fall to the path of sloth and laziness. Do not fall to the path of sin and lust. Focus on your duty to Amarr and mankind and be vigilant. If i were you i would look at the issues of your failing empire, its only a matter of time before your people begin to wake up to the truth. When that happens your empire will turn to dust. Not due to a percieved outward influence, but the internal issue you try to suppress. Of course if the decadence that you claim is all that defines gallente civilization then i truely hope it can play a part in undermining the amarrs sadistic empire that has long since outlived its self, its on borrowed time.

Your whole system is based on the accumulation of ISK into the hands of a shadow aristocracy (who are "aristocracy" and a true upper class in anything but name) while keeping the rest of your population in the dark, their eyes clouded by "bread and circus" and empty words as Freedom, Equality, Justice and Democracy. Perhaps if he'd spent less time assaulting his slaves and more time working, Orphyx wouldn't have gone rampant? Maybe he shouldn't have spent so much time in prayer, using copious amounts of holy wine? We'll never know. But, it is interesting to see how deep the Aristocratic Hypocrisy flows. His grandson, Profesor Salah-Udin Bohat was a professor at the University of Saint Maxus in Dam-Torsad less than a decade ago. I thought Techno-Hersey was at least a two generation sin. The Amarr are the lazy bastards of the cluster and yet they want to speak out about how hard others work? You speak to their ethics about their decadence while ignoring your own peoples brutal torture and even outright murder of anyone not of your faith. A faith based on ancient tomes that 99% of your races has never read. You speak of educating your "slaves" and yet make no effort to truly allow them to learn, it is your way to feel good about doing a great wrong. There is an ancient saying, a man in a glass house does not throw stones. Amarr your house is made of glass so thin that a sneeze could shatter it and you are trying to throw boulders.

The vast majority are now free Imperial subjects, however, and many are counted amongst the Empire's most loyal subjects. As with all cultures you encounter and enslave, they only way to survive and be promoted is to abaondon ones own culture and faith. With some cultures, the Amarri have better success at repressing the cultures and forcing the slaves to assimilate, but some people (such as those still in bondage, or most Matari) do not, and they stay in slavery for generations. The Udorians have been in slavery so long that their entire culture is almost forgotten, and what surivives is a shadow of it's former self, steeped heavily in Amarr perversions created over the millenia to suit the Amarr as needed. The Udorians that are not in bondage are so Amarr-washed that most outsiders would think them Amarri, and they have no pride in being even a small part Udorian. Good job on your genocide there, kid. I can not doubt that some one will respond about how Amarr is the superior race and they have been sent by God to cleanse the other races. Tell that to the Khanids, the Ni-Kunni who will not succumb, those few surviving true Udorians and not those sad degenerate souls like your Empress Candidate. Tell everyone the Empire has enslaved how much better the Amarri Aristocracy, rampant with sloth and waste, is and how superior their sadistic culture is. The people of our Empire are blessed and the Chosen Children of God. But you, you and the elite are damned, and only drag God's Children down with you into a bloody past no one wants to return to.
