Glad I can stay away from impairor/reaper/condor/velator infested Y-MP 
Props to UK for setting up some nice camps in 9uy after a few days and making things a bit more interesting, BOS (especially Alois Hammer) for being able to undock and redock at the Esa station faster than anyone else in EVE, and ISS for their neutrality 
If you fly with an alliance that has been attacking our stations you can expect to get attacked. If you attack our allies you can expect to get attacked. If you do both, well I'll leave it to you.
Neutral never meant stupid, and ISS hasn't been neutral since the charter was revised to assist IAC

You have posted this as official opinion of ISS. I now wish to clarify few things:

You seem to consider UK your allies.
Does this mean that ISS has set or will set CVA to -10 as CVA has war with UK.

CVA also has friendly relations with IAC.
We have no interest in either enslaving U'K, or rescuing slaves from CVA. Having friendly relations with IAC is somewhat different to camping Providence with D2 during an ongoing station war, and shooting at the people assisting us in that war.
Also please remember that official statements come from Count, as per the charter.

Actually unlike many alliances that just fold when overblobbed, ISS may have lost stations, but we were still putting fleets of over 100 ships into engagements, and not losing them even against very high odds. In fact I was amazed by ISS. Who'd have thought that we would continue putting up a fight against those sorts of odds
