No no nooo Dude, you got it all wrong. I should be like this:
You and your shuttle jump through the gate, then if anyone -5 or more is waiting on the other side, then the shuttle automatically explodes, then all the isk in your account is also automatically transfered to the the nearest hostile.
Then, your pod explodes and you wake up in the first station you were born in and you have to start all over from the beginning.  |

Well that would work in 0.0 but what is the arazu/lachesis for?
thats just a list of what would work. With some luck you can take the larg bubble out and put in a faction web/scram on the recons and a pair of sensor boosters on the titans so that they can lock it fast enough to help web it down. ---------------------------

Now really!??? Every ship has an advantage others don't have. For shuttles it's errr... speed (when warping out).
And if you're already having troubles with a mere shuttle, then how come people get locked and podded in their pods all day? They're even harder to lock! You must be doing something wrong :p
But if you wanna catch shuttles: hug the gate with a fast locking ship (fast means <1.5s on a shuttle, <2s on a pod). Activate your scrammers while waiting for a target. When the target becomes visible, all you have to do is lock it. Your jammers will engage automagically once the ship is locked. Call in the cavalry to destroy the ship. Rince and repeat for the pod.
And yes those locking times are realistic: I know of people killing shuttles and podding the pilot in like 5 or 6 seconds. You won't get every shuttle though... shuttle pilots may stand a chance too, shouldn't they?  --- I'm not as bad-ass as some of my corp mates, but I'll pwn you anyway!

An arty thrasher will obliterate a shuttle as soon as it gets the lock. Some will always get away, but many won't...
