Run a bank scam. Start out legit, wait until you build up quite a reputation, then steal it all. It might take a year or two, however, but you can rack up QUITE a lot of money.

I'd hardly say that was a scam.
A scam involves people giving money for nothing (or very little) in return. Inno gave a lot of entertaining stories, that's why I don't class that as a scam.
