EVE Search - Property Transfer or "What Eve needs now, is love, sweet love..."

I can't tell you how many times I dump cargo in my personal items can at a station only to have traveled to the other side of the galaxy and someone needs it that item. Could we now have a right-click section in the assets window that transfers items ownership to another player in your address book? The problem does occur for people in corps too, so, the corp hanger isn't the whole answer. The person may not have rights. A simple change of ownership, not place, would be a key improvement in the game. I welcome your feedback...
