Lil Dirtbeard Amarr The Heavy Wallet	Posted - 2007.02.04 18:22:00 - [1] This is a shout out to all the enemys of BOB what i would like to call is for all corporations not allied with them to form a huge fleet to fly down into bob space and cause havoc. I am going to be taking applications from corps on this account and i will be flying down there with a 20 man fleet so far but this will be very very intresting to get maybe 50+ corporations with 10 or more players in each to all fly down! You can use any ship you like! Frig? Cruiser? Bc? Bs? any t2 anything its up to you! The Aim is to cause havoc! I have several locations of bob space where we can locate the corps / players and several other alliances in bob space as i have been doing many months research for this! People who are intrested in joining me in a fleet war what could change eve leave ur corp/ceo name. Fly safe and Delve,Fountain,Querios ;) see you soon!

And then theres the titan's superwep that they aren't afraid to use... Anyway, good luck! I gotta say, it would be awesome if someone took down BoB and opened that rich space for the rest of the player base.

Dude it's been tried before .. and it's failed miserably. Everytime someone gets a wild hair up thier butt about BoB and goes on some kinda " lets all get together and kick some butt " rampage it never gets past the planning phase. Wanna kill some BoB? join an alliance that's at war with them.

IMHO. hurt them where it matters. the wallet. wait? does that count a griefing?

Lets Kill Bob A Cry heard many a time, Good in principle if it's pulled off may stop the game stagnating ; and maybe change the direction of 0.0 aliances in the future. But is highly unlikeley to succeed. Example (POS)were intending to step up the harassment of the Newly conquored territorys by Bob and were having some success. Until directly and Persistently Attacked by AAA who seemed intent on defending Bobs Assets if not directly then by proxy.Being faced with a new foe we didn't particulary want to use our resources to fight them in place of Bob we were forced to downgrade our actions and regroup in empire. This currently is typical of the game enviroment and probly will not change in the future. Leading if not to Bob's complete dominance (AKA Eve China) to another (Insert name here) gaining dominance. (BTW) ASCN wasn't as uber as people thought Big but still smaller than Bob and certaily less experianced with most of their resources set to building things.

We're not in AAA :) The only reason you guys felt good about "harassing" BoB was because you were not in fact attacking BoB, you were attacking MWA, who moved into your old constellation. Now, if you consider beating down a bunch of industrialists as fun, go right ahead. But PLEASE don't confuse us with the silly russians. Now, if AAA did attack you guys, you can rest assured it was simply because they attack pretty much everyone. Pyrrhus Sicarii came down, locked down the constellation, and basically halted the operations of anyone who was left down in the area. We did so out of a desire to live in the area, and out of MWA's need/want to have a more PvP oriented corp living nearby. BTW: props to most of the remnants of POS, who generally were plesant etc. We got in the fight a little late to have real battles with you guys, but what we did have was fun. - Wylker
Maud Oberon Incorporated Prime Orbital Systems	Posted - 2007.02.05 18:53:00 - [27] This is off topic but bear in mind MWA did do a direct deal with Bob and are directly funding them therefore legitimate targets by their culpable actions. BoB missold them a nice secure system (more like Baghdad than Barbados) and practically left them out to dry when POS did exactly as we stated we would and started disrupting the carebear ops. I actually feel kind of sorry for MWA in that respect. Their big break cost them dear and they are woefully inadequet at PVP.

Bob is home to a large number of devs/QA/and GMs. Meaning? I doubt there are any official "tech two bpo drops" though there might be a rouge /z to move a fleet around a couple jumps. It is rather disturbing though, given the nature of the EVE world, and our one lonely server. But that isn't here nor there. This topic has been talked into the ground, and its clear CCP will not change its rules on employee participation in EvE politics/economy. -Karlemgne
