As a PvPer from MWA, I'll say only a few things. First, POS really didn't do much to harm us. The only thing that had a chance to get hurt would be feelings because all of the smack. That didn't though. Next, I would say in comparision, we have made back 5 times the isk that the "attacks" cost us. Lastly, We have more control than ever. Like ever young alliance, we had to start somewhere, we simplely chose 0.0 .

I have a much better Idea... All aliances in EVE are lame so... kill all the fools, who cares if there BoB, IRON, D2, Privateers, FIX, LV (although they got the initials right maybe we'll cut them some slack), etc. Anyways.. I'm not gonna be a part of your foolish op where all the little 0.0 corps use there siege launcher I's on a raven and get 50 guys together and can't catch a single elusive REAL pvp'r. Get a life

I've been killed more by friendly fire camps while trying to get back into BoB space then by BoB while actually flying around IN their space (never). Kinda makes the BoB threats a little weak.

The problem with this is the fact that the people your recruiting into your "Anti-bob" mob are only united by their dislike for BOB, whereas as in D2 and the anti-bob coalition pilots are fighting for their right to exist as an alliance and their reputation.
I dont think your entity will have any effect on the war, if anything youl just damage the forum credibility of anti bobers

That's exactly the point to unite under a common cause in any way we can. I don't know if you've noticed or not, but most if not all of the anti-BoB alliances aren't accepting apps, meaning fighting with your main in many cases isn't gonna happen unless you happened to already be a member before hand. Even if you want to fight, you get shot up by friendly fire without standings, which trust me aren't being given out very easily. There are also many that can't fight either due to combat skills or politics. Make no mistake, the people in this outfit fight for the same reasons the alliances are fighting. For the future of EVE, to bring down a tyrant, whatever, etc. They are just using the only method they can effectively that will put them in the action. We don't seek to have a major impact, we just seek to do our part and have AN impact in any way we can. Make no mistake, this is the real deal.

That's really the main issue...any severe loss actually sustained by BoD will get immediately replaced, regardless of how they lose it. And i'm still not 100% unconvinced that the real reason they're so good in PvP is the guy on their side in the Jove command ship with tech10 gang mods....

Not only are all losses recouped, they got the devs to tell them all the loopholes and "features we forgot to tell you". With all that CAN they lose?

If this is all true, CCP will fall by the way side in membership. Seen it happen before..end result..game folds due to lack of funds and interest. There has to be some kind of company policy in place pretaining to game play and employment.

heh this is a funny post....I see people posting about the situation that they know nothing about....yet alone pvp. "To kill BoB, you need good Generals" and loyal pvpers. (the statement in the quotes I got from a very good eve friend of mine, I completely agree with him). 10,000 noobers will get you nowhere....ASCN any1?

I beg to differ, BoB didnt take down ASCN with 'ease' so be careful what you say. ASCN was a disease in itself waiting to happen. We lost like what? 18 POS's in less than two days cuz some effing spy? That my friend is not BoB efficiency at its best. ASCN was as large as BoB, they had to go through 6 to 8 months of gruelling fights to take us down. BoB will face the same fate very very soon. ASCN was pot holed with spies, traitors and people getting greedy as well as incredibly lazy. Oh btw, they didnt use capital ships to destroy 2000 of us. I dont know where your getting your math or even your gossip from. I myself was in nearly every fight for ASCN, so try not to question me :)

Eh, I just think that the good players with some self respect would steer clear of BoB simply because of the taint of the whole cheating scandal. That's one of the reasons I decided to steer clear of them. As a gamer with self-respect and ethics outside the game, I can't support cheating.
If, in real life, you're the type of person who likes to hit the "easy button" and play video games on god-mode, you know, the type who goes "hunting" in a fenced enclosure, then fine, stay on the side that's been caught cheating with developer help. If you're an adult, or you are one of the ones who thinks they're "l33t", you'd go for the challenge and fight on the other side.
Also I've seen more personal attacks, immaturity, spamming, and abuse of players on these forums by players in BoB or supporting them than by any other group. No thanks, I'll steer clear.
P.S. I know my character sucks...so what? My opinion's as good as anyone else's!

It's not like the entire Alliance just went over at once and they defeated us in one fell swoop. They win because their players (and devs) have hours to devote to sitting in front of their computer screens, while other people have lives. But hey, their time is coming soon.

'steering clear' isnt the answer. if u do that then youll be steering clear of them all over the freakin EVE universe. Alliances and corps must stand together and keep eating away at them. BOB will be defeated, no doubt about that. Unless Devs pull something out of their ass that gives them infinite ships and isk then well..... the games pretty much reached the end they didnt wanna have for this game. sadly to say for the devs. I gaurentee you all, BoB WILL fall. the mice are slowly eating away at the elephant. soon enough it will crumble to dust we can all p!ss on and remember how hard we fought together in EVE to banish the most hated alliance around. keep fighting the good fight ppl!

May i correct a bit? they took down 2000 carebears...
I also find it hillarious that ppl have this wierd fixation on BoB = gods. From what i have seen/been involved about them, they die just as everyone else. If you want to cause trouble in their space, get a fleet of 100-200 players and avoid Cyno's, pop their incoming haulers/their pet alliances and after getting their atention, few of them also.
