Edited by: Dallan Arethi on 05/02/2007 18:55:50 With the recent low ebb of the conflicts in Minmatar space between the Electus Matari and various Imperial loyalist organisations, the aid of the Wing is no longer required in our estimation, and we are leaving the alliance to address other concerns. I would like to publicly thank and compliment the Electus for being excellent partners in the fight against Imperial kidnappers and wish them good hunting in the future.
To counter the pending shouts of the Summit peanut gallery, this move has been planned and discussed previously, as our membership in the Electus was always intended to be a temporary measure to improve co-ordination in the war, and the timing of its end was by our choice, not by alliance action in response to the comments by Wing Commander Thuul'Kalat earlier today, which I will not defend or further address in this forum. While we are in general no friends of the Star Fraction agenda, and fully expected combat between our organisations in the very near future even before his speech, the gory details of the Commander's opinions on them are his own.
Regards,
Lieutenant Dallan Arethi Diplomatic Relations Officer, Phoenix Wing

Edited by: Monty Tomasi on 05/02/2007 19:02:20 I've thoroughly enjoyed flying with the sassy, delectable and thoroughly fabulous boys and girls of the Electus Matari alliance. I can't remember the last time that I had so much fun with my clothes on.
Gelfiven, Onga and Pator will always be remembered as places of fond memories in my heart. Places where I saw the Minmatar spirit shine as a fierce beacon of hope and courage held aloft proudly by the brave pilots of Electus Matari. I salute you all.

I have a very simple question for Dallan Arethi.
If a Phoenix Wing pilot were to encounter a Star Fraction pilot in an environment where force could be used without consequences from CONCORD or automated sentry systems would the Phoenix Wing pilot be entitled to engage our pilot under your current RoE?
Your pilots have blustered on GalNet channels but I am interested to understand if they represent any real threat in space.

Regards,
Well, I thank you for your honesty and I hereby formally notify you that Phoenix Wing corporation is set to -10 by the Star Fraction alliance on the basis of your confirmation that you sanction hostile action by your pilots against ours.
