The Gilded Coin
Surrounded on all sides by the Ultra modern edifices of aspiring corporations, the pristine towers of tightly fit apartments, and the teeming millions of people living out their miserable lives in modest discomfort. There is a small place, tucked away beneath the thronging multitude that remains a haven of light comfort, and pleasant company. A place whose very atmosphere exudes a sense of calm, no one bustles about, no one is in a hurry here, and best of all, it's a place that one can truly and fully relax.
I'm talking about the Gilded Coin, don't be fooled by it's mercantile name, the establishment is very modest when it comes to pricing. It was built too long ago to truly remember the exact date, and has changed hands more times than a Gallente *****. It is tucked away deep in the lower levels of Vezila's only station, a hotbed of intrigue and well, you know the rest.
The exterior is rather non-descript, but once you pass into it's lowest level, the Coin boasts a warm and inviting atmosphere. A fire *****les shallowly in the center surrounded by rare red flowers that dance as they feed off the warmth. Few tables are scattered around the fire pit, but the Coin offers several more or less private booths arranged around the exterior of the half circle of the main room.
The back of the room is filled with a single bar tended by a grizzled old man with a long scar down his right cheek, though he smiles at each and every patron that enters and soon after his friendly demeanor shines through.
On either side of the bar wide stairs lead up to a small loft, tables set with white table clothes and small vases of various red flowers topped with small candles are scattered about sparsely. At the rear of this loft is a single entry leading back into the kitchen and other nether regions of the establishment, a covering of white cloth embroidered with faded gold and silver thread obscures the view.
{I would like to invite anyone to join us at the Coin. If you can't find your way there, the members of the Khanid Provincial Authority make frequent appearances there. Have one of them, or myself give you directions.}
Later.
