Dear ccp....calling it early downtime...? really...?

The server just crashed and calling it early downtime.....just admit that the server has crashed, dont call it early downtime.... I can understand the server going unstable with the new equipment and stuff...but call it early downtime after like 10 mins after server crashing is just weirddd

Just go do something else and come back in a couple of hours and hope that the server is back online. This here been going on since 2004, nothing we can do about it.
