Official Notice of Intent to Curse Alliance.
Evolution extends the following terms of surrender for the members of Curse Alliance. These demands are legitimate, and if met, will resolve the outstanding issues and reparations necessary to end hostilities levied towards the Curse Alliance and its supporters by Evolution Corporation.
Terms of surrender are as follows,
1. Remaining Curse Alliance corporations are required to pay reparations in the sum of (1) Level 2 Battleship, to then be distributed to corporations that have suffered losses from this war. If a corporation is unable to supply the Level 2 Battleship, a substitution of 100,000,000 isk can be paid in lieu.
2. Curse Alliance corporations are required to vacate the curse region within 5 days of accepting these terms. Safe passage will be granted as soon as the first demand is met
3. Curse Alliance is to be disbanded and must recognize Curse Coalition as the sole authorized governing entity of the curse region.
4. Curse Alliance corporations are also ordered to un-rent any office spaces that they currently maintain in the HLW-HP system of the Elysium constellation, residing in the Curse region. Office spaces in other systems of Curse region may remain in possession of the corporations currently holding them.
All Corporations within Curse Alliance are urged to adhere to these demands. Prompt acceptance of these terms of surrender is necessary to reduce continued losses to Curse Alliance forces. All of this will be made public in due time.
Failure to comply with these terms will result in ongoing military action against corporations that do not wish to pursue this opportunity. There will be no safe haven in this universe for those corporations that do not comply. Inquiries may be directed to Shrike, Commander of Fleet Operations for Evolution Corporation.
All issues will be discussed privately beforing going public. If need be, no public statement will be made until the surrending party has been able to vacate Curse, to stop hostilities from the Curse Alliance.
