1x n00bship when I was scouting a RUS JIP camp in 36n. (Survived the jump in, scouted the system, called in the strike force, warped to the camp, opened up on Mamont[RUS] with my civilian gun, which made all his drones go for me instead of one of our battleships)
1x noobship when jumping in to scout a big CA camp at a JIP.

3 x Rifters - 1 to NPCs, 1 Unknown (was afk), 1 lagging into Yulai while Amarrians were peeved at my recent activities.
3 x Ruptures - 1 to NPCs, 2 to CONCORD bugs. Sec loss when the Connies destroyed someone that attacked me first (participating in the destruction). 2nd for a torpedo fired at an NPC which switched targets on its own and tracked another player behind me.

Only lost a bantam. I thought .7 was safe and tried afk mining.
What did I learn: .7 is not safe? No .7 is safe. Just haven't mined since!!!

Lost a Rifter fighting Blood Arch Engravers.
Lost an Arbitrator while dozing off in a hunt (learned the lesson---everytime I'm sleepy, I dock.)
There are many occasions I could have lost more ships from CTDs, but I have been fortunate.
I keep a calm mind under fire, and that saved my ships in many occasions. I managed to escape Concord once in my Celestis, after I accidentally splashed damaged someone. I managed to escape with my burning Omen after it was gate ambushed by a pirate in an Apoc.
I lost a Tormentor early in the game, but a roll back brought the ship back.
Lost two Impalers with my alt, as they scouted in dangerous pirate sown areas.

hmm, only ship I lost other then ctd-deaths from npc-pirates, was a vexor, lost in a 1-1 with stravros about 4 months ago

2 x Inquisitor (1 Stuck, 1 while NPC farming)
1 x Bestower (Stuck)
1 x Arbitrator (PKs, pod warped in last sec)
0 x POD(s) (I'm still young and beautiful)
Losing these ships was not a big problem as they were replaced in no time but on the other hand if I would loose a BS I would still not complain as this is what makes the game fun.

so lets see thats about a grand total of 76 or there abouts in ship losses.
All but one were to npc losses. Those blood raiders can be very very mean on frigates and indys.

1 Hoarder (Got greedy to pick up someone elses loot when i killed them and got jumped by npcs)
1 Stabber (was supposed to be taught a lesson in manners by being backstabbed, all 3 of these people are on my hit list)
3 Blackbirds (the best cruiser in the game, concord is just jealous, and... sparring accident, (DONT mwd while firing torps  )
6+ Ruptures (1 from when i was greedy with the loot, also lot of people on my hit list from these ships, too bad most don't play the game any more  )
2 Tempests, working on a third... (best BS in the game, (i mean the ship, not me))
Monarch > Who, What, Where, Don't really care about the Why, and I'll supply the How.

Hmmm, I have lost quite a few Badger Mk2s mining in low security space, I very, very nearly lost my Tristan hunting 20-30Kers in a group of frigates, and I definitely lost one of my Merlins. I also nearly lost my Thorax doing the same thing as in my Tristan (although this time I was on my own).

1 x Punisher - Mining Bistot in 0.0 in the first week - fell asleep at desk - woke up in egg.
1 x Armageddon - Fighting Acwron of Oracle. Was expecting two mates to come and back me up as I was not combat equipped and was letting my cap get low, however they got diverted by another Oracle and I died.
1 x Armageddon - Was part of a 12 strong anti-pirate fleet jumping imto Sarum prime to take on 10 camped pirates. Unfortunately, for some reason half the anti-pirates that jumped in ended up at the wrong JIP. Leaving me to get a kicking.
As my experience of losing ships is so limited I forgot that I was in a pod and could still warp away. As a result I sat and watched as the battle continued until some cruel pirate decided to kill my pod. That cost me 36 mill worth of implants
