Once because I wasn't paying attention and a Tempest snuck up on me and I was rigged for transit and not combat and once screwing around a station in low sec space thinking stations wouldn't attack and warp scrambling a friend (the station did care...vaporization was stunningly fast). Lessons learned although not an encouraging number for being only 1 month into the game.

This was back in the day before the loot and SS stacking nerf/fix, when the best heatsink was the stamped and heavy modulateds were not that rare. Lost 3 heavy mods and 3 stampeds in this ship. Insurance allowed me to buy a Maller tho 1xBlackbird Doing some stupid tests at a belt npc rats came, webbed scrambled and owned me. Quite lame

Lost an Arbitrator while dozing off in a hunt (learned the lesson---everytime I'm sleepy, I dock.) There are many occasions I could have lost more ships from CTDs, but I have been fortunate. I keep a calm mind under fire, and that saved my ships in many occasions. I managed to escape Concord once in my Celestis, after I accidentally splashed damaged someone. I managed to escape with my burning Omen after it was gate ambushed by a pirate in an Apoc. I lost a Tormentor early in the game, but a roll back brought the ship back. Intercepting since BETA

(best BS in the game, (i mean the ship, not me)) Monarch > Who, What, Where, Don't really care about the Why, and I'll supply the How.

Was expecting two mates to come and back me up as I was not combat equipped and was letting my cap get low, however they got diverted by another Oracle and I died. 1 x Armageddon - Was part of a 12 strong anti-pirate fleet jumping imto Sarum prime to take on 10 camped pirates. Unfortunately, for some reason half the anti-pirates that jumped in ended up at the wrong JIP. Leaving me to get a kicking. As my experience of losing ships is so limited I forgot that I was in a pod and could still warp away. As a result I sat and watched as the battle continued until some cruel pirate decided to kill my pod. That cost me 36 mill worth of implants
