I really hate T2 items for 0.0. They tip the balance of power too much.
If you have a blueprint. you are pwnage. if you don't have a blueprint. You are just bait, waiting for someone like bob who holds at least 1 of the majority of t2 blueprints :)
T2 BS's implemented incorrectly could destroy 0.0...

sure, you roll your eyes now. but just watch what happens when only 8 are seeded and only 2 of the 0.0 alliances get a hold of them. :P
