And then wonder why the threat didnt have the effect you hoped for.

When we was in Madrid we was trying to navigate the subway. I was refering to each station stop as a jump and the worse thing was the other devs with us knew what i was talking about, the wives that don't play eve just looked at me funny.

Actually, you know you've played Eve too much, or at least read the forums too much, when you've seen so many of these threads that you are even past the point where you'll take the 30 seconds to post stating that you've seen them before. When you've done it so many times already that you just don't feel the inclination anymore.
Obviously I'm not at that point yet, but I am close.

when i tried to autopilot my puppy while out for a walk...
when i tried to remember if i have implants in my head while doing paper works in office...
when i was yelling at my friends who also play EVE to 'warp to' KFC downstairs to 'gank' some food while others who don't play EVE stared at me...
when i was driving to office in my car in the middle of a traffic jam and considering 'how about a gang warp?'...
a lot more i can list out......

... when you're spamming an imaginary JUMP-button while waiting at a red light for ages on your way home from work.
... When you try to pull a logoffski on the cop who's fining your @ss for having run previously mentioned red light.
... when you think cops can't pull you over because you've fitted WCS.
... when you get 50% decrease on your vision due to having fitted said stabs.
... when you tell all the chicks you got a Jaguar in your hangar.
... when you park your car and stick around for 60 seconds, waiting for it to be anchored.
... when you check the Sears Catalogue for prices on cheap Hammerhead IIs.
... when you run a limo from the Swiss diplomatic mission off the road and defend it as it having been CLEARLY marked as a war target on account of the white/red flags on the front.
... when you start thinking about getting your kid brother to check people's shopping bags for expensive goodies, while you make plans for smartbombing them when they exit the mall.
... when you spend half an hour making these jokes up instead of cooking dinner in a hurry, so you can... guess what... play more EVE.
