You didnt say what you want to do with it, thats a good setup for gangs where u dont need to scram etc etc and u can hit at 30km with null. u can always swap the photon for a scram

one of my corpmates uses almost the exact same sniper set up as listed above. additionally he has tracking rigs fitted in the rig slots .. which requires hybrid rigging 5 I believe to make the 8 t2 425s still fit but don't quote me. He uses his mainly for sniping rogue drones in low sec, and so far it seems to be pretty successful. He threw in a webber drone in the drone bay to deal with pesky small ships that got to close and he's still got the ship so something must be working.
Sorry I can't speak from personal experience of flying it, but thats the info I have for you.
