HAH, ccp has bigger fish biting their arse...something to do with a dev helping hisself to t2 bpos, giving them away to BoB, and other offenses of helping his buddies in the game...then the subsiquent coverup and pr whitewash attempt.
Please dont make this another spamming attempt for ppl replying about the Dev issue, people are actually having problems paying to play the game here, and its extremely frustrating. A friend of mine's acct expired on the 31st and hasnt been able to renew his account since, yes, he has petitioned it.

Firstly the thing with t20 is like so barely noticable. It sure as hell didnt change things in game and people are crying like he actually broke things. There have been scams that caused more damage than this.
Now this account thing actually is serious, people wanting to PAY to play the game and unable to. I tried to login yesterday to find my account was disabled. I assume its because payment was rejected as we have a new credit card, but of course i cant update the info. This really is VERY annoying and it would be great to see either an update or fix soon!

I totaly agree, one or more BPOs don't change a thing. Not being able to play does. What would all those members of big and powerfull corps and alliance say if there whole capital fleet could not log on because of billing issues? What if all people with important corp roles aren't there to act? I'm not one of the big guys, but i do control the prices for some comodities in some regions (well, my main does... but i can't play him, right ^^). And i know for sure that i need to check more then once a day to keep it that way... which i can't for allmost a week now...

Day 8 of this issue. Day 8 of being charged. You charged me for 6 months, and yet I'm not getting 6 months worth because of this whole ordeal. Look, it's really easy: Corporation 101. What do you do when 25% of your player base is having problems, getting angry, and abandoning your product? You do everything in your power to make them happy. I understand it takes a while to fix this, thats fine. But give everyone's account like a week of free time and you'll bypass the disastrous effect this is having on your costumer's opinion of you and your player base.

And, to make matters worse, i can't even file a petition... all i get is this after the final step...
Server Error in '/' Application. Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.
This is parady... i can't file a petition, i can't reactivate my account... but i got billed 3 days ago. Will there ever be any official coment on this matter?

Found the problem:
www.eve-Online.com's visa account has been flaged for being high risk, EVE-ONLINE is not checking zip code varification with its payment system and is an international company.
AKA
My bank has blocked eve-online because the national credit union visa system has ranked them as a high risk. Currently I cant work around this block as my bank simply wont allow it for the time being. Eve needs to update its payment system to get the block removed (aka zip code varification)
