When are these going to be fixed?
Its been 3 days now i have been unable to reactivate my accounts, its starting to get a tab irritating.
Please for the love of god CCP either fix it, or at least tell us when its going to be fixed :/

Some of us have had our money withdraw in the past days but not been activated still, there was a note about some trouble with payments between certain times but it was like 'paybycash'(or similar site) I used my Visa and it said it went through and etc... *goes to check* Yep still not active.
Tad bit sad =) But we realy shouldnt make fiftyeleven threads about it, hopefully it will be resolved soon(tm). Or could someone in charge tell me if I should make a petition?

My credit card was charged yesterday and my account is still suspended. I would be nice if someone from CCP would actually let us know what is going on. All we have is a "We're working on it" post from two days ago.

Seems to be happening to me here to, cannot subscribe on my alt account, or rather, when i try to it tells me i have, then i try my account, and its still not activated.
+ There may be some problem with the links on the Eve insider section on the tabs at the left hand side, i havent been able to post on these forums because of a bug that constantly reloads the login screen in the eve insider section. I used a different eve-0 forums link to get onto this site, went directly to the eve insider tab, logged in, and it worked fine. Then when i go to post on the forums, it logs me out again. lol. Maybe this has something to do with the account subscription problem? a refresh bug?

Either way im discusted that they cant even be botherd to give us a breif explination as to whats currently wrong atm.
3 Days its been now, ive got alot to do ingame, ive missed contracts, trade oppotunities, my small corp is moving at the moment, so im left behind.
All we are asking for is a better reason as to why it sdoesnt work.
Its realy not that much to ask for CCP.

Bearing in mind other more heated topics on this forum that is requiring a lot f Developer attention, the release of a new patch and a few minor problems with the server. I think 3 days is fairly reasonable to wait. But i can also understand the frustration of waiting to get skills trained etc.

Still no luck, tried to reactivate today anew, still working bad, ie: it tells you its ok and your detail page shows 'next bill' in march sometime but when you relog to account page it refreshes the session and shows nothings gone through =( Now my trades are getting quite close to being in trouble :-(
Would you please just... extend accounts not currently active over the weekend or till its fixed so we can play, it would truely suck big time to lose out the weekend. Please my one and must loved company in the whole wide world makers of eve online would you please with a cherry on the top make something happen oh sweetest CCP?

Well, I reactivated an account today, with great difficulty.
Now it appears I've been double billed because I had to refresh the page to get it to work. 
I sent off a petition anyway but just wanted to warn ye that it happened to me. I don't blame CCP, problems happen all the time with things like this. Hopefully they'll sort it quick tho.

woho. Something happend, but still not an active account. The withdrawal list over at my internet bank instead of showing ah 'protected transaction' now shows: 07-02-08 EVE-Online Subsc -137,99
...So hopefully something is going to happen soon ^_^

k this is seriously getting stupid now, tried to subscribe again, goes through perfectly and tells me my card info has been updated. Log out from the "my account" section. Load up eve on my alt acct and i get this "Account Expired". CCP wtf is going on?

However, after reading these + a few other posts about the billing issue, I am skeptical about joining at this point of time. I am not very pleased with News posting dated 3 days ago + no other update since. I believe I will wait until there is assurances from EVE that their billing problem has been fixed before joining (mind you if it takes a long time I will probably move on to something else by then). Question - If I leave myself training a new skill when my trial is over, will it continue to learn + it will finished when/if I re-activate my acct? Thank you

Yes to your questions, it will continue to train. afaik.
You could potentialy get a gtc from one of the etc retailers eg: http://www.shatteredcrystal.com/
and use that to activate your account since gtcs seem to be working, did for me anyhow ^_^

I have been having trouble with this for a week now. I'm getting extremely annoyed. Wouldn't it be better to just give everyone a few days of free credit? Otherwise EVE is risking a very large outcry that may effect their business.

I'm still unable to reactivte my account, even though my creditcard has been billed on the 8th... retroactively i might add... it's the 11nd here allready and i haven't had that bill show up in online banking on the 8th, 9th or 10th for that matter... when will this get sorted allready? And will we ever hear anything official about it? Maybe at least a warning in the My Account section that problems are occuring? And don't tell me CCP don't have the resources to add a single sentence to a single web page...

HAH, ccp has bigger fish biting their arse...something to do with a dev helping hisself to t2 bpos, giving them away to BoB, and other offenses of helping his buddies in the game...then the subsiquent coverup and pr whitewash attempt.

My old card expired at the end of January and, surprise surprise, my new card became active on the 1st Feb. Now with all this chatter about issues with billing I was a little worried, but no hiccups at all for me. __________________________________

Please dont make this another spamming attempt for ppl replying about the Dev issue, people are actually having problems paying to play the game here, and its extremely frustrating. A friend of mine's acct expired on the 31st and hasnt been able to renew his account since, yes, he has petitioned it.

Firstly the thing with t20 is like so barely noticable. It sure as hell didnt change things in game and people are crying like he actually broke things. There have been scams that caused more damage than this.
Now this account thing actually is serious, people wanting to PAY to play the game and unable to. I tried to login yesterday to find my account was disabled. I assume its because payment was rejected as we have a new credit card, but of course i cant update the info. This really is VERY annoying and it would be great to see either an update or fix soon!

I totaly agree, one or more BPOs don't change a thing. Not being able to play does. What would all those members of big and powerfull corps and alliance say if there whole capital fleet could not log on because of billing issues? What if all people with important corp roles aren't there to act? I'm not one of the big guys, but i do control the prices for some comodities in some regions (well, my main does... but i can't play him, right ^^). And i know for sure that i need to check more then once a day to keep it that way... which i can't for allmost a week now...

Day 8 of this issue. Day 8 of being charged. You charged me for 6 months, and yet I'm not getting 6 months worth because of this whole ordeal. Look, it's really easy: Corporation 101. What do you do when 25% of your player base is having problems, getting angry, and abandoning your product? You do everything in your power to make them happy. I understand it takes a while to fix this, thats fine. But give everyone's account like a week of free time and you'll bypass the disastrous effect this is having on your costumer's opinion of you and your player base.

And, to make matters worse, i can't even file a petition... all i get is this after the final step...
Server Error in '/' Application. Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.
This is parady... i can't file a petition, i can't reactivate my account... but i got billed 3 days ago. Will there ever be any official coment on this matter?

Found the problem:
www.eve-Online.com's visa account has been flaged for being high risk, EVE-ONLINE is not checking zip code varification with its payment system and is an international company.
AKA
My bank has blocked eve-online because the national credit union visa system has ranked them as a high risk. Currently I cant work around this block as my bank simply wont allow it for the time being. Eve needs to update its payment system to get the block removed (aka zip code varification)
